Domestic Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the value of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.
Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. If you do not have a street address (i.e., PO Box), please contact the museum store at 412-322-5058 ext 302 between the hours of 10am and 5pm eastern standard time Monday-Saturday and Noon-5pm on Sundays.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. You'll be notified promptly of any delivery delays or product back orders. Please note that items ordered together may not ship together.
Shipping time for in-stock items is 10-15 business days. Call for shipping charges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the museum store at store@pittsburghkids.org or 412-322-5058 ext 302. Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. Claims must be made within five (5) working days of receipt.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Returns on worn clothing will not be honored.

Credits on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to ship any requested items.
Items that are returned to our museum as non-deliverable by UPS (US domestic orders only) or returned after 3 delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.
Please note the following:
The item returned must be unused, in its original packaging, in salable condition. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
We cannot accept COD returns.
